STANDARD IMAGE LICENSE

Our images come with a Standard License which allows you to:-

Use the image(s) on ONE website, ONE Mobile App, ONE Software App, Email Mailshots, One Magazine article (print or electronic), ONE Video, ONE Film/Movie Production, ONE Blog Article, ONE Cover Art (Book or CD), ONE Product Packaging Inner or Outer, ONE Billboard Advert or any bona fide Electronic Masthead (Blog header, website header), SIX Calendars, A maximum of SIX mugs or ceramic items, ONE Framed Picture.

YOU MAY NOT : re-sell the image in ANY form other than the above specified uses.

EXAMPLES 

You may not re-sell ANY of our images.
You may not include the images in Templates for sale.

You may not use our images to make make Calendars for re-sale (other than as specified above).

You may not use the images where the majority of the value or "uniqueness" of the product for SALE is the decoration using our image(s) e.g. mugs, plates, framed picture(s) etc.

ADULT

We have no objection to you using the images on adult websites with the exclusion of ANY and ALL images depicting people. Please respect our models.

CRIMINAL

You may not use the images in any application that is fraudulent or criminal. 

RELIGION

We have no objection to you using the images on religious websites with the exclusion of ANY and ALL images depicting people. Please respect our models.

You may not use any of our images in an application that denigrates (abuses or defames) any of the world's major religions.

EDITORIAL

We would really appreciate a tag of "Stock Photography Scotland" on our image to promote our small company.
